What is a Marketing Funnel

Apr 6

What is a marketing funnel? Why should every marketer use one?

It is a marketing strategy to convince potential customers to buy items from your business. It is a process of selling that involves a person visiting your blog to find information that will help them solve their issue. You will be able to build a rapport with every person you meet making use of specific tools.

This will allow you to fully understand your customers' requirements. This will help you to offer the most accurate possible information for all users. When you earn the trust of your visitors, they will be more likely to purchase your products. The customer becomes the visitor.

Many customers eventually become extremely loyal customers and will purchase almost anything that your site sells. A marketing funnel consists of the various steps of sales that will convert a regular visitor to your website to an extremely loyal customer who is willing to buy everything that you can throw at them.

This is the ultimate goal. It is achievable by utilizing a funnel that is well-designed.

You've got your marketing resources to entice people's attention and bring them into your funnel. Once they complete your PERSONAL form, they will be automatically entered into the funnel. Because they are not going to sign up for your business lead-capture page, I use the word "personal". They want to be leaders and not a business.

The lead capture pages serve as the entry point to the funnel. When they click "Signup Now" or "Enter There", they will enter a completely new concept of marketing via network.

The best part is that they are qualifying themselves to do it. It's their choice. They don't have anything to offer you other than yourself as a leader and mentor and as someone who can help them get more leads into their business.

This is how a typical advertising funnel functions.

On the "front-end" you can offer a free offer to attract and qualify people who may have an interest to purchase your products later on in the sales funnel. To get your product for free you must join (also called opt-in) and give your email address and name. Then you'll include them on your mailing list.

Now you have those people on your list of email addresses and can send other similar offers to them that they might be interested in.

They will be taken to a page that offers a low-price offer or what is called a trip wire deal right after they sign to receive the offer for free. This is where they're moving to your "back-end" of your funnel.

The purchaser will be taken to another similar offer with a lower price when they buy the lower-cost offer (also called an upsell). Also, the buyer will be taken to the next product if they buy the same offer at a higher price. The process could continue for several years.
